Father of Qari-Shabbir, Qari-Sohel, Molvi-Abdullah, Hafiz-Khalil, Rabiya-Aapa & Aisha-Aapa | Father-in-law of Qari-Tahir Desai (Tadkeshwar), Mufti-Ismail Patel (London).

He devoted his life to Islamic education, serving as a teacher at multiple institutions including Madressa Sufi Baug (Surat), Alipur, Vadali, Dhamdachha, Matwad, Darul Uloom Falah-e-Darain (Tadkeshwar), and South Africa. He also ran a boys’ madrasa in Manekpore Gadat and a girls’ madrasa in Harangam, leaving behind a lasting legacy of knowledge and service.

Affectionately known as Safi Sai. Originally from Nasirpuri (Mewat region, Nuh district, Haryana). For more than 50 years, he came to Jogwad every Ramzan to wake people for Sehri, often reciting 'Allah pyari duniya sauda karle hashar ka...'. He passed away during Ramzan in Jogwad. Although he wished to be buried in Jogwad, his son decided to bury him in his hometown Nasirpuri.

Grave is located in the upper space above Zulekha Yusuf Shaikh in the line NW-1. Positioned on the right-hand side of Haniyah Sefullah Diwan, within the section reserved for children.

He served as a Trustee Member of Darul Uloom Jamiyah Zakariya and Darul Uloom Jamiyah Aisha Siddiqa Banat, and was a former member of the Sunni Muslim Jamat of Jogwad | He was from Matwad and originally belonged to Barolia.
