Affectionately known as Safi Sai. Originally from Nasirpuri (Mewat region, Nuh district, Haryana). For more than 50 years, he came to Jogwad every Ramzan to wake people for Sehri, often reciting 'Allah pyari duniya sauda karle hashar ka...'. He passed away during Ramzan in Jogwad. Although he wished to be buried in Jogwad, his son decided to bury him in his hometown Nasirpuri.

He was serving as the Deputy Sarpanch of Jogwad (2021—2026) at the time of his passing in 2025.

Grave Line NW-1 ends at Spot 19, and burials have been stopped at that point. There is still a narrow remaining space that may be used for a child’s grave in the future.
